RETURNS & REFUNDS
At VEDIC LAB, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely and accurately, and we proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all eligible returns. Below are the details of our return, refund, and reshipping policies:
Returnable Items
We accept returns on products that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. If your item qualifies, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement. Simply contact us at care@vediclab.com for instructions on how to proceed.
Wrong Delivery or Damaged Items
Although we take every precaution to pack and ship your order carefully, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us at care@vediclab.com with photos of the package. We’ll send you the correct item at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. We’ll reship your order free of charge.
Wrong Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to provide options. You can either pick up the package from a nearby courier location, or we can reship it at your expense. Please double-check your shipping details to avoid any issues.
Undeliverable Packages
If a carrier is unable to deliver the package and it’s returned to us, we’ll be happy to reship it once we receive the returned item. However, any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or damaged.
International Orders (Non-EU and Switzerland)
For customers outside the EU and Switzerland, you will be responsible for arranging your own return shipping.
Customs Reimbursement Policy
If you're an eligible customer located outside of the EU, we will gladly reimburse your customs fees. Simply email a clear photo of the customs fee receipt to care@vediclab.com within 10 days of receiving your package, and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that only fees documented and submitted within the specified timeframe will be eligible for reimbursement.
Refund Processing
- Credit Card Refunds: These may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank’s policies.
- PayPal Refunds: These are processed immediately.
