Ayurvedic active ingredients

VEDIC LAB Anti-Hair Fall Microbiome Shampoo:

• HYDROLYZED VEGETABLE PROTEIN (strengthens & protects the hair fibre): When hair is washed, cleansing can strip away the natural proteins that keep strands strong. Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein deposits onto the fibre during washing, filling in weak points along the shaft and leaving hair noticeably stronger and smoother with every wash.

• SAW PALMETTO (reduces hair thinning at the root): DHT is the hormone that causes hair follicles to shrink and produce progressively thinner strands. Saw Palmetto blocks the enzyme responsible for producing it, delivered directly to the scalp during shampooing to protect the follicle environment with every wash.

• AMLA (rebalances the scalp & strengthens the hair shaft): Rich in Vitamin C and natural antioxidants, Amla neutralises the oxidative stress that disrupts the scalp's microbial balance. It strengthens the hair shaft and supports a healthy scalp microbiome — all while cleansing without stripping the scalp's natural defences.

• BAKUCHIOL (protects the scalp barrier & microbiome): Daily exposure to UV, pollution, and oxidative stress gradually disrupts the scalp's natural barrier. Bakuchiol preserves this barrier function, helping maintain the delicate microbial balance that a healthy scalp — and healthy hair growth — depends on.

• BRAHMI (fortifies the hair shaft & reduces protein loss): Each hair is anchored inside its follicle by a structural protein. Brahmi strengthens this bond, reduces protein loss during washing, and improves hair thickness and resilience — making strands less prone to breakage even with frequent washing.

• SELF HEAL HERB (calms & rebalances the scalp microbiome): Chronic scalp inflammation is one of the leading causes of microbiome imbalance. Prunella Vulgaris actively reduces this inflammation, soothes irritation and redness, and restores the scalp's natural microbial balance — creating the optimal environment for stronger, healthier hair growth.

• Bakuchiol (protects against daily damage): Bakuchiol is a powerful antioxidant that helps reduce oxidative damage to the hair fibre. It leaves hair smoother, stronger, and healthier-looking over time.

• Brahmi (strengthens & fortifies the hair shaft) Rich in natural saponins and alkaloids, Brahmi helps strengthen the hair shaft while reducing protein loss. Hair feels stronger, more resilient, and less prone to breakage.

• Amla (protects hair protein & supports hair density): Naturally rich in Vitamin C and antioxidants, Amla helps protect keratin from damage while strengthening the hair fibre. Hair looks thicker, shinier, and more resilient with continued use.

• Self-Heal Herb (helps protect against oxidative damage): Rich in polyphenols and flavonoids, Self-Heal Herb provides antioxidant protection to help reduce oxidative stress on the hair fibre. Hair looks healthier, smoother, and more resilient.
