Withdrawal Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete and submit the Withdrawal Request Form below, or contact us with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

2. How to Return Your Order
Once your withdrawal request has been received and approved, we will provide you with return instructions where applicable.
You must return the goods within 30 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they are received by us.
Returned items should be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds
Once we have received the returned goods, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase
We will reimburse:
- The purchase price of the returned products.
Additional delivery charges resulting from selecting a delivery method other than our standard shipping option are not refundable.
4. Inspection of Goods
You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality, in the same way you would be permitted to do in a physical retail store.
5. Hygiene & Health Protection Exception
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return once unsealed, where the protective seal has been removed after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sealed cosmetic products, including our skincare products, scalp elixirs, and the Revitalising Massage Comb.
- Sealed food supplements, including capsules, tablets, and any other products intended for consumption.
- Any other products protected by an originality, safety, or hygiene seal.
If the protective seal has been broken, product is used, removed or damaged after delivery, we are unable to accept the return or provide a refund unless:
- The product is defective.
- An incorrect product was supplied.
- The product was damaged during transport.
Removing or opening the product's secondary packaging renders the product unsellable due to hygiene reasons. Therefore, products whose secondary packaging has been opened or removed cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, unless they are defective.
