Please note that international orders from outside the Schengen area may be subiect to local customs duties and taxes which are payable solely by the recipient.

Please note: unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO boxes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details.

RETURNS

You are welcome to return any unwanted items to us (providing they are unused and in their original packaging) within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy* will not be accepted and will be sent back to customer. For non-EU and Switzerland orders customers to arrange shipping on their own accord.

If you wish to return our products, kindly get in touch with us through email: Care@vediclab.com and out customer support team will inform you about the instructions.

*Items returned in non-saleable condition such as -

  • Unsealed
  • Swatched/Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
  • Relabelled
  • Refiled
  • Pierced
  • Partially missing items/threshold based GWPs/Exclusive Sets

Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.
