11:30 – 12:00 | Face & Scalp Yoga
Stress often accumulates in the jaw, neck, temples, and scalp. Through guided massage and gentle mobility, we release tension and support recovery mode.

With Vera Gupta — Co-founder of VEDIC LAB® and certified Face & Scalp Yoga Instructor.


12:00 – 12:40 | Guided Breathwork
Breath is a direct gateway to the nervous system. Learn practical techniques to calm stress responses and shift into recovery — tools you can use anytime to reset.
