I feel less stressed when I use this supplement and my sleep quality has improved significantly. I am hoping these results continue and build on what is currently happening? I purchased 3 packages so I am excited to continue for a couple of months to find out.

I'm 52 years old and have had problems with sleeping for years, plus anxiety issues. Having taken consistently the supplements over only 3 weeks, I can sleep much better, am less nervous, anxious.

Initially, I was quite skeptical because my kitchen is already stocked with supplements, many of which I haven't felt much from. Ayurvedic ingredients were unfamiliar territory for me at first but I was curious sincethe benefits of these ingredients seem good. Overall, I feel my body has become calmer and more relaxed since starting these supplement. I may have to reduce some of my other supplements since these ones seems to work so well.

I initially booked an Ayurvedic doctor consultation through the site. My doctor recommended this supplement because I've been feeling very worn out lately and have been struggling with anxiety-induced sleep issues. So far I have no complaints. I sleep much better and generally feel more energetic upon waking up. I will definitely continue using it.

This ayurvedic supplement has been amazing! I wake up feeling rested and energetic. Interestingly, my PMS symptoms have reduced as well. .. not sure whether the supplement is supposed to do that or not, but its good :)
