Please note that international orders from outside the Schengen area may be subiect to local customs duties and taxes which are payable solely by the recipient.

If you’re shipping to any of the following countries and incur customs fees, we’ll be happy to reimburse you: United Kingdom, Norway, Liechtenstein, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Kosovo, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Canada, Australia.

If you’re an eligible customer located outside of the EU, we will gladly reimburse your customs fees. Simply email a clear photo of the customs fee receipt to care@vediclab.com within 10 days of receiving your package, and we’ll take care of the rest. Only fees documented and submitted within the specified timeframe will be eligible for reimbursement.

Please note: unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO boxes.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:

Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Estimated shipping timelines may vary, and we will keep you updated on any changes.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We offer a thirty-day money-back guarantee for any unwanted items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer support team at care@vediclab.com for instructions. The money-back guarantee can only be used once per customer:

  • Refund Method: All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Initial Shipping Costs: Initial shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Handling Fee: A handling fee of €4 / CHF 4 (or the equivalent in other currencies) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Return Requirement:
    • International orders must be returned to our German warehouse.
    • Swiss orders must be returned to our Swiss warehouse.
  • Return Shipping Costs: VEDIC LAB does not cover return shipping costs and does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will only be issued once the returned products have been received, inspected, and approved at our warehouse.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Items returned in a non-saleable condition, such as those that are unsealed, swatched/used (except for damaged or faulty items), relabeled, refilled, pierced, or partially missing items/parts of sets will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unlikely case of an adverse reaction to any of our products, the thirty-day money-back guarantee may still apply even if the product has been opened or used, provided the customer can supply documented medical evidence of the reaction. Such claims will be assessed individually. To initiate this process, please contact our customer support team with the relevant documentation.

Wrong Delivery or Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item, email care@vediclab.com with photos of the package. We will send you the correct replacement at no additional cost.

Incorrect Address

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may either collect it from a nearby courier location or have it reshipped at your expense. Please double-check your shipping details to avoid any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are opened, used, or damaged (except in the case of damage on delivery) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund Processing Times

  • Credit Card Refunds: May take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank’s policies.
  • PayPal Refunds: Processed immediately.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse to accept a parcel upon delivery, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
