I have fine thin hair so I was worried at first whether the almond milk will be too thick on my hair but that wasnt the case at all. Very lightweight! Did see some difference in lessening the hair fall. However, I have only used it 3 times. Will need to update after few months to see if actually made more difference in hair fall. So far, I love it and my scalp and hair feel much better.
